New yogis, rejoice! The Beginner Yoga Series has been thoughtfully crafted to prepare you for a safe and effective yoga practice. In this six-week journey we will explore the foundations of yoga including alignment, mindful movement, and breath awareness.
Instructional by nature, this flow class will be accompanied by breakdowns of specific asana, or poses. This series is also a great option for former yogis who may have stepped away from their mat and would like a refresher! All are welcome!
